JPEN blades are MADE IN JAPAN, shakehand are made in CHINA following the traditional process used by DARKER. The manufacturing process is closely monitored by DARKER and each blade is checked in DARKER's Tokyo factory before being sold to guarantee a constant quality.

The 2 layers of Izanas/Carbon are the layers 2 and 6, giving more speed compared to the SYNERGY and ARCS.
